1440p Hevc Download issue

My Favorite streamer is testing streaming in 1440p Hevc and when it is live the playback does not have issues but if i want to download the vod at 95% My phones "Media Picker" crashes and the download stopes and if i resume it finishes but it cant play it in the app. I use tried to play it with an external player and only MX player started playing it after buffering for a few minutes and the file is 1440p hevc so that is good.
It the app in the download popup there is no option for 1440p. Is this on my end or this is not yet implemented into the app?

you can change this setting to show all qualities:
Settings -> Playback access token headers -> supported_codecs -> "av1,h265,h264"

It is set to that by default
I tested it for a few times now. i looked for other streamers who stream in 1440pHevc and when that streamers Vods are not Sub only that it shows the download option for 1080 and 1440p but when is is sub only then it only shows 720p and source Which is the highest available resolution.
When i try to download it it starts fine but after a few % my phone start to give pop ups that the media pricker Crashed and the download goes into pending mode. If i open the hamburger menu and hit resume download the same thing happens after a few %.
If i do this for the full download that it downloads but the file is corrupted and sometimes it can be played sometimes it doesn't even play. Oh and my phone starts lagging and the media playback starts crashing with everything even just opening a photo in the gallery but after a phone restart this fixes itself but if i open the corrupted file again it start over. So i tried to remux the mp4 and fix the corruption and after a few tries i managed to fix the file with MKVToolNix. and if i copy back the file where i download it to on my phone everything starts working as intended and i can play it it the app with chat and everything.

So my idea is that something goes wrong when the app downloads the m3u3 parts and muxing it into a mp4 output something goes wrong and it gets corrupted.

you should send the log from when it crashes. i think the video will work if you download the whole vod or have the setting that downloads it into a single file turned off. otherwise the mp4 needs to be fixed somehow but i'm not sure how to do that
