Handle existing term-related blocks

A few core blocks currently exist to display information about taxonomy terms, such as the "Term Description" block which only works on term archive pages. Even though these blocks feel like legacy blocks, some of which just show a placeholder in the editor, we should be able to hook into the block registration/render to make them compatible with this block.
