See v4 Figma.

Changes: The new member button should be in the table header "Full Name". When clicked, it should create a new row where the user can fill in the new member's details. This row should have an add button that, when clicked, brings up a dialog modal to confirm the creation of the new user. When the user clicks "Confirm", an invitation email is sent.

Bumping this to "Not v4" since the design still has some unanswered questions (decided in discussions in Slack/Figma).
