Date format is not consistent throughout the application. #5

Steps:

Go to the URL : https://nepalcovid19.org/ (with disabling cache).
Scroll down and observe the date format being used to display the date for the updated data.
Check the format for the same in data.

Expected behavior
Data formatting should be consistent throughout the application, and should be correctly synced with the data.

Actual result:
5 March is being displayed as 5 May.
