working to set directories to extract files

so the folder is on my computer because when i tried to move to raven it did not let me upload the folder. I tried ot read the files which worked but then i noticed that doing so would require all name of the files to be placed, i tried to go another way.
The code is in an R script called ff

how to extract files and then changing to output to know where they are coming from?
