Messed up page formatting (+ Bootstrap wrapper plugin) #178

Editing with Prosemirror on a bureaucracy + struct page (based on a template and including bootstrap tabs + panes) results in breaking formatting.

The content of each pane/tab is enclosed in code blocks and thus appears twice after editing the page
