Issues opening CSV files

Can not open a file that is not under the media area.

Was looking to open an existing pipe delimited dokuwiki page. e.g. :namespace:mydatapage.txt

Pipe delimited "|" as this is used for creating tables in wiki pages so it seems that this could be used to open an existing mydatapage.txt that resided under the wiki and not the media store. This would be useful to manually edit the data as required without uploading a csv file.

Can the existing csv plug in do this? If not it would be a worthwhile option to add a parameter to use a dokuwiki page. default to use the media area (which would preserve exiting usage).

All works when you embed it with the csv tags and specify the delimiter correctly.
