Enable relative URLs

Hi,
Nice plugin!

I am using it with file tags to get downlodable and reusable CSV code from my wiki pages f.ex.:
<file csv my.csv> Relatīvais augstums,Priede,Egle,Bērzs,Apse,Melnalksnis col1,col2,col,3,col4,col5 1,2,3,4,5 6,7,8,9,0 </file>

Than I can use the url to get csv file: http://my.site/_export/code/namespace1/namespace2/mywikipage?codeblock=0

I am using this successfully with couple of plugins including CSV plugin.
But in case of CSV plugin I was unable to specify relative url to work with, f.ex.:
<csv file="/_export/code/namespace1/namespace2/mywikipage?codeblock=0"></csv>
