Description

The syndicate Hypopen has been an issue that has came up a few times at this point with it's use as an extremely easy and NRP assassination tool that removes all challenge from this sort of event. As such I believe it should be removed from the syndicate uplink so it doesn't become an issue again Next time someone is given uplink access.
