Description

Simple concept wise, the arrivals shuttle should stop cycling after the evacuation shuttle arrives at the station. It should either entirely cease next stop, or stop only after it redocks with the Terminal.

This is particularly to prevent people using arrivals as a cycling evacuation method during crisis.

It probably should turn off if the emergency shuttle (but not a crew change) is called if we plan on linking CC and arrivals.
