[feature request] settings: overall permission to read and change site contents

I don't know if this is a firefox-specific nitpick, but each page I navigate needs me to allow individually in the extension for the extension to work. It would be awesome if you could put that as a toggle in the settings so I don't need to re-allow the extension every time i turn a page in my Ebook - if you have time, ofc. Thanks!!
