Similar to #257, the Python repository class only retrieves the date value and not the time value. This is being worked on as part of #243, and will either be developed as something that can be cherry-picked or will be carved out into a separate pull request.

Two problems with this issue. 1) The RSS feed for packages is limited to the most recent 40 releases, so we're not able to use it. And 2) the full date and time is already available at the original location.
