Address creation // selection : add extra fields

We need the following fields :

• additional information description (digicode, etc.)
• floor floor

With address creation : After picking address thanks to autocomplete (and after distance validation IMH), user is prompted for this extra information User is asked for extra-fields at payment step.

At address selection : Some (maybe not all) of this information is displayed on the choices. Input fields are prefilled at payment step.

for now what I have done is just another action that complete the cartAdress state for the extra fields description and cartAdress
