Was closed by maintainer - but ignoring this issue defeats the entire effort and meaning behind Commitlint...

  • Language accuracy
  • Formatting consistency

This problem forces incorrect casing, improper English, and inconsistent formatting.

I suggested a reasonable solution for this.
