Extension Name Not Showing Up in VSCode Tab Selection Dropdown

Relevant environment info

- OS: macOS Sonoma
- Continue version: `v0.8.66`
- IDE version: 1.96.4

- ~~config.json:~~

Description

The Continue tab in the Chat pane has no value in its drpodown.

To reproduce

• Drag the Continue icon from left primary bar to right side, or to another side tab (is that the terminology?) so that it's placed together with another "view"(?).
• The problem occurs. Seems like the view name is not specified for Continue.

After reseting the View Locations, the Continue icon showed up again on sidebar, and this issue disappeared.
