暂时确实是这样的，由于EOS本身权限比较复杂，用JS来实现这部分反而比较容易。所以当时我们使用了eosjs。
不过实际看来EOS的目前action和权限等功能大家都没有用到，所以我们看看以后能不能这部分简化并放在sdk中
