Hi and thanks for providing this code!
I'm considering writing a bioconda recipe as a first step to bring this tool to Galaxy, but it looks as if a few nice enhancements are on the master branch, which haven't made it into a release yet.
Are you interested in pushing a 1.0.3 release that I could refer to in the bioconda recipe?
