There is a new package that is an independent implementation distinct from Conda.jl called CondaPkg.jl.

The corresponding interop issue on CondaPkg.jl is here:
JuliaPy/CondaPkg.jl#19

In particular, the latest version adds a conda command to the julia pkg repl mode:
