add launch control "profiles" to the launch page

Add some buttons that switch between profiles. Labels would also be good. Make the profiles modifiable from the steering wheel. We can have, for example, a "Cold Weather" profile or "Wet Track" profile, etc. Should make on-the-fly tuning a lot faster if we have base values to start from.

• Add a label to show what profile is currently selected
• Make the profiles actually affect the launch values
