Ties to docker/for-mac#320

Prevents 'embedded/libs/uds/include/uds.h' and any of the '*UDS.h' component files from being in the same source tree.

An example would be to cat a filename with bad capitalization from the buildroot container on a mac and seeing the file contents which is not expected from the linux environment
