There is some problem with webpacker while installing that needs to be fixed.

There are some files that needs to be copied manually, that can be fixed

A generator can be added, such that rails g spotlight:install should copy the necessary files or update files.
Ex:

application.css and js can be updated
Initializer file can be copied
