Sorting for hidden columns

I've been using your plugin and it seems to work quite well. There's however one issue I'd like your input on. When a few columns are hidden when the browser resizes, the sorting options on the hidden columns goes away. For example:

Now this behavior is quite natural, but I was wondering if you had any ideas on how this could be handled when the browser resizes?
