I've edited the issue to add notes.

We've also discussed a couple of use cases which might not be met currently:

• general interest enquiries
• reporting security concerns
• flagging anything on the site for moderation

@tomalrussell thanks i think like you said would be good to add a blog which we/I could write each month - efficient way also to chart our progress. Could you set this up? I will also talk to edwardchalstrey1 and MK re a How to use video to minimise queries on how to use site

adding site improvement forms, alert signs, feedback data to source data providers not CCRP to minimise admin etc

need to look at issue of linkt o source data providers ie if error in gov conservation data not to come back to CCRP host but go straight via link to data provider
