Use Icons instead of text where possible #1464

I was thinking about this...

As well as using icons to show the data capture method, there are other places in the app where we could use icons. It could help make the site more intuitive, and possibly more accessible too. Plus, any text that we can replace with icons doesn't need to be translated into other languages.

There are a few libraries that we've used in the past that we should be able to import and use, like FontAwesome.

Open to suggestions of other places on the interface where we can them? (I'll add suggestions myself as I go through the changes in #1165)
