Improvements needed to support user use in on mobiles and in front of buildings

I guess that testing whether it works at all on mobile browser would be nice.

Full blown app would likely be too resource intensive to implement with current resources, though if it would be done then at least looking at OpenStreetMap editing tools would be a good idea for inspiration.
