Migrate text from wix Menu link to platform

@mdsimpson42 All wix text needs to be migrated to the main platform I will start rewriting everything here so it can be cut and pasted under the existing headings e.g. About, Ethics. sections

We also need to move to to universal text for all countries on these section and co-write with CCRP partners
