Description

I was wondering why autocomplete-paths does not work for me today until I found out that the Tabnine package disables autocomplete-paths!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Tabnine and restart
2. Try to use autocomplete-paths

Reproduces how often: Always

As far as I know, we do not block other extensions from operating on imports, but we certainly are "competing" with them. Not sure what a fix would behave like.
