tabnine-atom still suppresses snippets

Using version 2.8.1, when TabNine is enabled snippets are unavailable. When TabNine is disabled snippets become usable again. It looks like the commits from Jan 26 never made it to release?

@TomatoCo It appears that TabNine override's atom's completions. You can still use snippets by typing in the activator, suppress TabNine completions via esc, and press tab.

But I would still rather TabNine not override all of Atom's completions. After all, I kind of prefer Atom's completion UI
