cannot deploy pxc8 on digitalocean ubuntu 22.04 on-premises

if you are trying to deploy Percona XtraDB Cluster (PXC) 8 on digitalocean vm's of ubuntu 22.04, for an on-premise install, this is not possible. gm-installer works on digitalocean/22.04 but deploying a node on a similar vm chokes.

still repeatable with latest gm-installer 1.12.0 and gui 1.8.3

I can now repeat this for MySQL 8 on DigitalOcean self-provided hosts as well, host ubuntu 22.04
