Create db_dumps of data for new folks regularly

Automate the process if possible. As new folks join, they should be able to get a sql db_dump that is somewhat up to date (once a month or so). This also helps as the schema may change over time. I assume one of the deployment administrators or someone has access to the server will need to do this.
