When tabbing through earnings rows, the tabbed row can become hidden by the footer (see video)

Can you please suggest what is desired behavior in this case. A couple of ways I think we can solve this is.

Hide the footer from view until the user reaches bottom of the view.
Have button be separate and place at left and right extremities.
