<p>We're a volunteer group of
coders, technologists and people interested in improving services that like to work on software projects for the good of our community.
If you're interested in joining us or learning more, attend one of our Hack Nights, located at The
Boardroom, every other Tuesday at 5:30 PM. Check out our Meetup page to attend our next meeting.

<p>A <a href="https://land.codeforanchorage.org/">Land Acknowledgement</a> SMS and <a
href="https://www.messenger.com/t/LandAcknowledgement">Facebook Messenger bot</a> leveraging
data from
Canadian Not-for-profit, <a href="http://native-land.ca">Native Land</a>,
who ask that people use the data carefully because confirmation by nations is pending and they
are
updating data weekly.
The application is a collaboration with the <a href="https://medium.com/anchorage-i-team">Anchorage
i-team</a>,
a <a href="http://www.muni.org/pages/default.aspx">Municipality of Anchorage</a> Bloomberg
Philanthropy <a
href="https://www.bloomberg.org/program/government-innovation/innovation-teams/">Innovation
Team</a>.
