In the RESULTS section of the report, samples are listed in a different order in the 2_single-cell QC and 3_normalization subsections. At least in the example I have run, the order is logical in the 3_normalization subsection, but not in the 2_single-cell QC subsection. Better and more consistent ordering (alphabetical if no better option) would make the report more user-friendly.
