I've had some trouble adding the white border around the blue lines to the Norwegian (and the red lines in the Iceland flag), because the lines themselves are so small. They are 2px tall/wide, so I'm not sure how to add the white borders proportionally. I'll keep thinking on it, and if you have any suggestions, please just let me know!

Ah, I see. I can't think of any way to get around that besides up-scaling the icon.
