Summary

Failing scheduled build on main branch should create a Issue:

Steps to Reproduce

  • having a scheduled build on main branch (weekly on Sunday at 00:00)
  • the build fails because of reasons

Expected Results

  • the failed build triggers module-ci-issue
  • a issue named "Scheduled workflow `${context.github.workflow}` failed`" is created

Actual Results

  • the failed build is not triggering module-ci-issue

The latest run was green again, but probably because there was no reason to create an issue. Will investigate further.
