Just wondering what the policy is regarding new versions of PHP, for example PHP 5.6.14 has been available for two weeks.

According to https://semverio.cloudcontrolled.com/php/versions this version can not be used yet on CloudControl. Is there an automatic mechanism or does each version have to be verified and added manually?

Just wondering, no big 'issue' 😄

2-week ping?

Sorry for the delay. The mechanism is still partly manual, on every update we improve the automatic deploy a bit.

  • php-5.5.30
  • php-5.6.14
  • php-5.6.15

are available now.

Don't want to be annoying, hence not re-opening, but next to 5.6.16, will PHP 7 be supported over time? The performance improvements seem promising...

shameless ping for @TooAngel 😃 . Don't need to support new versions soon, but a response / clarity would be nice so we can anticipate on that (invest resources on PHP 7 in 2016 or not...).
