timestamp acquisition

Hi,
I have a question about acquiring the timestamps from video recordings. The sampling frequency looks not very stable to me during scanning, so I was wondering if I could check the frame time to see if it's constant. Is it possible to collect from the dicom file? Many thanks and best regards.
