For IDs greater than 999, a comma appears where it shouldn't:

We probably shouldn't treat the building ID as a number, we should treat it as a string (in case some city conceivably has letters or dashes or something else in their IDs). Changing the field setting in CARTO fixed the problem, with no code changes.
