Volume Adjustment

Add an option to adjust the volume level on a per song basis with an added global option.

This is already a feature (on a per-song basis) implemented in iTunes and I find it quite handy because I like playing music at high volumes.

Maybe for this implementation give a warning that ear damage could come from boosting the volume so people don't carelessly/unnoticeably change the setting.
