While running through some tests this morning, connecting to the VA sandbox failed due to some issues they're experiencing. When I reloaded MyCarePlanner, I was presented with the dialog to Authorize or Skip connecting to the VA. I selected to Skip.

At that time, the UI displayed "Initializing..." with a spinner, and that is where the app remains.

It appears that skipping an authorization causes the app to hang in this space.

Fortunately, I was able to click "Log out" which logged me out. At that time, I was able to restart the app a third time, which actually loaded. So there is a workaround to this issue, thankfully. But it still shouldn't hang like that when skipping an authorization step.
