eCarePlanner 3.2.2 - Medications - integrate third-party endpoint data

eCarePlanner 3.2.2 at this time only queries for MedicationRequest resources from the OHSU FHIR server.

You should be able to pull all necessary information from the MedicationRequest resource, without requiring the Medication resource itself in most cases.

Action items:

• Update eCarePlanner to query the SDS for all of a patient's MedicationRequest resources from each third-party endpoint partition, and integrate information from those queries into the Health Maintenance & Interventions tab, Active Medications list.
• Update the eCarePlanner Active Medications list to include Provenance information to show from where the data originated.
