Investigate ability to extract human-friendly provider name and save in SDS

Better approach: Given any FHIR endpoint, you can query metadata and get back the Capabilities Statement. In that, there's the Organization's name.

Task for Tim to explore. Need to extract provider dropdown endpoint list name and save it into the linkage in the SDS. This way, the eCarePlanner can pull this Source name for data that don't have provenance.
