PROBLEM STATEMENT:

As an Automate user, I want to be able to use profiles created by my coworkers when I am running scans**.**

In today's world, we only show a user the profiles they have uploaded. Users who need to share profiles with coworkers are either uploading the profiles they want to share to all the users in their org or creating a shared user for profiles.

CUSTOMER IMPACT:

Users have been working around this for years and giving a solution to this would help in ease of use.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

  • can "share" profiles (mark profiles as shared)

TEST SCENARIO:

  • upload a profile
  • be able to mark that profile as shared
  • also need to test upgrade scenario
