Downloaded json empty for compliance report with over 2000+ nodes

Describe the bug

In the compliance tab, if we click on download json or download csv, it gets data in the api request but when we try to open the file it's empty.
This happens if there are above 2000 nodes in the reports page.
It happens in chrome in macOs catalina and does not happen in safari.
It happens only on both download json and download csv

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Open compliance tab in automate ui
• Check if we have 2000 or above nodes shown in the reports page, if not add them
• Click on download json or download csv
• Try to check the downloaded file size, it should be zero bytes
• Try to open the file, it should be empty

Expected behavior

All the reports should get downloaded properly in form of json or csv as selected
