Describe the bug

When we save some new values in data lifecycle tab under settings they are not reflected unless we reload the ui. If we go to some other tab after saving and come back we cannot see the new values

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Go to settings tab
  • Click on data life cycle
  • Edit the form
  • Click on save
  • Now go to some other tab (navigate away from the data lifecycle menu)
  • Come back to data lifecycle
  • We can see that the new values are not shown and there is an error in the console
  • When we reload the page the new values are fetched successfully suggesting that the data is actually saved to backend

Expected behavior

  • We should be able to see the new saved values if we navigate away and come back
  • There should be no error in console
