User Story

It would be nice to allow users to export the list of nodes generated by this endpoint. Should be pretty straightforward to do, and possibly an opportunity to refactor some of the export logic into a library we can use for all exports.

Definition of Done

Can export list of nodes available at api/v0/nodes/search. Exported list should respect filters.
