View in HEX mode permanently changes Menu bar style (even when off) #26

When we turn on View in HEX mode then the NPP's Menu bar is change (structure and appearance), but after off this mode then the new appearance is preserved (it's more compact).

Watch (left - original menu, right - hex menu):
menustyle

Is this intentional behavior?

Confirmed. Seems the font is changed and the text alignment. This is unexpected behaviour.
