The filter 'Reset All' button does not clear filter history from the left filter panel

Describe the bug
When the filter criteria has 'No Results Found' the reset button appears. After clicking the 'Reset All' button the dataset table resets but the previous filter criteria in the left filter panel still has persists. See attached video

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Datasets page
2. Enter search criteria in the form input fields until the 'No Results Found' appears
3. Click the 'Reset All' button

Expected results: the dataset table data resets and filter by panel blue buttons reset and all previous search criteria is cleared
Actual Results: the dataset table data resets, the filter by panel is reset but the previous search criteria is still saved in the from fields
