Is there a way to change the default path where the bot creates the changeset as I currently have changeset folder in a different directory and then 2 different changeset folders in the project

Would really love support for the default directory not being in the root path. This is preventing us from being able to utilize the changesets bot in our monorepo.

Theres even an open PR for this, but its unfortunately open for 1 year now and not being merged 😐
