As mentioned in #97 and #105 (comment), manuscript state detection logic is minimally functional and needs enhancement.

The base work for this feature was established in #61 - where basic state detection logic has been added. However, it was removed in #105 in an attempt to fix the GraphQL endpoints. Once GraphQL data populates correctly (#97 is fixed), the more advanced logic for state detection should be re-implemented ASAP.

The current output about the status of manuscripts when using manuscript-cli list is not very informative.
